City of Richmond to ban smoking in Apartments and Condos

Yup, they received an F on their report card last year from the American Lung Association and decided to do something about it. By January 2011 you won't be allowed to light up in an apartment or condo in Richmond. It might be noted here that while no city in the Bay area got an A on their report card a few did get B's. These were Berkeley, Oakland, Belmont and Novato
